Invitation letter
Invitation letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the invited person
• Traveldates
• Reason for the trip

Form V39A & ID proof - Download

• Completed and signed by the inviting person from Singapore
• Copy of the identity card of the inviting person with citizenship Singapore

Letter of introduction
from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

Travel confirmation

• Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure
• Copy of the hotel confirmation

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

Travel confirmation

• Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure
• Copy of the hotel confirmation

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

15 working days
Important: The eVisa will be issued 1 - 2 weeks before departure, but can be applied earlier.

The original passport is only needed for the beginning of the application and can be sent back within 2 working days. The eVisa will then be forwarded by e-mail.
