Invitation
Official invitation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan. The invitation should be sent by the consular department of the MFA directly to the consulate in Bern, as well as to the applicant of the invitation.

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

eVisa

For 39 nationalities there is also the possibility for tourism, business etc. with a maximum stay of 30 days and single entry to apply for an eVisa. The following nationalities are entitled to apply for eVisa: Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland & United States of America
