Invitation letter
Invitation letter on company letterhead, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the invited person
• Traveldates
• Reason for the trip

For this purpose, the invitation must be certified by a notary and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kinshasa or the invitation must be registered with the Direction Général de Migration (DGM).

Letter of introduction
from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

Vaccination record
Copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate

Travel confirmation
Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

Issued and signed by an official travel agency, acquaintance, relative or similar. The letter must contain, among other things, the following:

• Data from the invited person
• Traveldates
• Reason for the trip

For this purpose, the invitation must be certified by a notary and legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kinshasa or the invitation must be registered with the Direction Général de Migration (DGM).

Vaccination record
Copy of yellow fever vaccination certificate

Travel confirmation

• Copy of flight confirmation for entry and departure
• Copy of the hotel confirmation

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein
