Official invitation from Belarus

An official letter from business partners from Belarus (the following information about the inviting person is required: surname, first name, date of birth, passport number, purpose of the trip, travel dates).

Letter of introduction
from the applicant's employer in Switzerland, stamped and signed. The letter must specify:

• Data from the traveling person
• Travel dates
• Reason for the trip
• Confirmation to cover the travel expenses

Proof of insurance
The proof must include:

• Valid for Belarus or Worldwide
• Validity / Duration
• First name / name of the applicant
• Cover for medical services of at least CHF 10'000

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein

Official tourist voucher from the travel office in Belarus

• Valid for Belarus or Worldwide

Residence permit
If necessary, a copy of the applicant´s residence permit valid for Switzerland or Liechtenstein
